SHIPPING (DELIVERY) POLICIES
We offer local delivery to the Towson area and the whole of Baltimore County as permitted by our liquor license. Free delivery is available for all orders over $35!
All delivery orders need to be placed and received by someone 21 years of age or older, and show a valid form of government issued ID to verify age upon delivery of the product. Orders cannot be left at an address without age verification and signature of the recipient.
Any orders that do not meet the above requirements will be canceled, and the money refunded to the purchaser.
We are a small staff and handle all deliveries internally, so we will do our very best to ensure all deliveries are made quickly and to the satisfaction of our customers. If we are unable to make a delivery within 2-hours, we will call to make arrangements to get it to you as soon as possible.
In store pickup is also available to all customers that make purchases online. Customer must show ID to verify the name on the order (unless alternate pickup arrangements are made) and age. Anyone picking up or handling a pickup order must be 21 or older.
We do not offer curbside pickup at this time. Local delivery is not available for orders under $35 (before tax).
RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
If you ever receive a wine/product that is damaged or flawed in some way, please bring it back to us with whatever juice is left in the bottle and, once the issue is determined, we can replace the bottle or find you something else to enjoy. If you have questions or concerns about a product, please give us a call at 410-616-9075.
Returns are made much easier and smoother if you have proof of purchase either via a receipt, or an Uncorked account. That way we can quickly verify and rectify the situation. Returns will be made to the payment method of the original transaction. We can only do returns/exchanges in person. If there is any suspected tampering with the product in question, we reserve the right to refuse the return.
