Importer Notes: “Benoit’s Brut Nature shows both sides of the terroirs he works with, Bouzy and Ambonnay. The final blend is 90% Pinot Noir, 10% Chardonnay. 80% of the grapes come from Bouzy, 20% from Ambonnay. The parcels are all vinified separately and aged for an average of 30 months on their lees. This cuvee was bottled without filtration, added SO2 or dosage.”
