On the palate, this light to medium bodied Cabernet has a lovely fresh acid line, fine, crisp and sinewy tannins and a soft, elegant core. Unveils flavors of raspberry and berry compote with lovely mushroom and dusty earth, vanilla custard and nutmeg.
